All SALES ARE FINAL! We will accept returns for exchange, for items damaged in transit.

We stand behind all our products. Each item goes through an individual testing prior to being available for purchase. In addition to testing each item we also conduct an extensive shipping protection process to guarantee safe delivery. We are committed to giving our customers 100% satisfaction and take pride in getting your purchase to you in great conditions.


Return for Exchange Policy

To be eligible for an exchange, please email us within 7 days of receiving the product at 365customercenter@gmail.com alert us of the damage, then send us a picture of the damaged product and save your money on shipping. There is no need to send the product back via mail due the fact that you can harm yourself or others if its broken glass. Upon receipt of the damaged item we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available due to a sold-out collection, we will replace the item with an equal value product or store credit.
